Your office should have the infrastructure setup, for accessing the network from home. You have to get the access on to it, and should and some softwares like CPN Client and RSA Token for the same. Check with your network team in office.

First, you (or your IT department) will have to set up a RRAS server and configured VPN access. Your Active Directory account must be granted remote access. <br />

They must also open up the right ports on your firewall and forward them to your RRAS server. PPTP will be easier to configure. <br />

I should note that gotomypc or logmein would be an alternative you could probably use. They both use port 80, so no additional firewall configuration would be needed. But as mentioned, I'd ask your IT department (if that's not you) before trying any of this.

How do I connect through RAS
