Is the user a public folder? &nbsp;make sure that it has SELF full control. &nbsp;If it is a public folder, then add the anonymous contributor right.

If the user send an email to user, the message is sent successfully.<br />
this happens only when a user X sent an email with attachment(MSG format file) to another user Y.<br />
There is no storage limits, delivery restrictions and delivery option<br />

As as I told you, an user X sent an email successfuly to 5 people, but one particular user didn't receive the message. This particular user doesn't have any mailbox restrictions<br />

Well, I had to recreate the mailbox, and the issue is gone. In the near future I would like to know of any other solution instead of recreating mailboxes. These NDRs(5.2.1) are very pain, it should be another way to solve this issue. Anyway, thank you so much for your help
