Displaying Outlook Catagories


I have a customer who is having difficulties with Outlook and catagories in her contacts.  She wants to input contacts and put them into different catagories such as Cardiology, Critical Care, etc.  The problem occurs when we attempt to sort by the view 'By Catagory."  When I tested at home I added multiple contacts to different catagories and selected the "By Catagory" view.  When I did that I automatically sorted my contacts into collapsable groups.  When I do it on hers folowing the same steps it just sorts them in some bizarre fashion that doesn't make sense.  If I change the view from "By Catagory" to "By Company" then it sorts the contacts properly with collapsable groups.

Any suggestions you can provide will be appreciated.
