Driver IRQL....TCPIP.SYS Blue Screen.... please help frstration setting in quickly

Please help! I have been getting blue screen issues throughout the 100 or so laptops that I maintain. I can not pin point it.. I desperately need help... Attached are some recent mini dump files. I had to change the extension to .txt. I looked in the event viewer and saw a lot of red X's that belonged to Sophos Message Router. Any help you can give me..........
