how do i rename a file call hello.CGI into hello.txt with a macro?

I am importing a file called hello.CGI, but at want to change the extenciton before is inported using a macro.

I have a file called hello.CGI  and I want to convert this file to hello.txt.

in other words, I need to change the extencion .cgi to .txt using a macro.
