hide drives group policy not working on server 2008

I set up a policy to hide local drives for users.  I want this to apply for whatever machine they login to.  Specifically it needs to apply when they Terminal into a 2008 box.

This policy along with the restrict access to drive policy work perfectly well on the windows XP box and I assume server 2003 TS if they had one.

It does not work on server 2008 that I can see.  Whenever I log in the drives are still there not hidden at all.  I saw other people with this problem but have not found a solution.

This works for both Win2k3 and Win2k8 terminal servers in a Win2k3 domain. It also works in a Win2k8 domain. Here's the steps and capture, may be there's something missing on yours?
Do you have the same GPO linked to both Win2k3 and Win2k8 terminal servers? Double check on the loopback portion is enabled and linked to the OU where your terminal servers are placed in.
