3Com 5012 Wan side configuration

Hello,

  our ISP just dropped us a 10Mbps Ethernet line to their switch.  We have a 3com router 5012 with a SIC 1 port 10/100 card connected to the ISP and the MIM ethernet interface on the LAN side.  

When I ping from the router I get 100% packet loss, except for the ISP switch IP.  Below is the interface ethernet config.  I have been battling with this for a few days now and no success yet.  Help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks
