Thanks for resonding so quick. &nbsp;We are running Exchange Server 2007. &nbsp;Have you seen any problems like this for 2007. &nbsp;I can't find anything on microsoft about this &nbsp;happening with 2007. &nbsp;It is very strange.<br />
I searched microsoft and can't vome up with anything.<br />

I would start by checking the firewall settings on the Vista PC's. There could be something different in the default config.

I have an update on the problem. &nbsp;I took a brand new machine laptop home and the webmail worked perfectly. &nbsp;I then joined it to my domain and it would not work. &nbsp;I am taking your suggestion and checking all the group policy and firewall settings and see if I can narrow it down to what is causing this. &nbsp;I'm not sure what settings are in effect when a domain member computer is not on the domain network.<br />
I will let you know how it works.

Just so I am clear:<br />

A Vista laptop that is joined to the domain can not access OWA from outside the network?<br />
A Vista laptop that is not joined to the network can access OWA from outside the network?<br />
Either way, using firefox the Vista laptop can access OWA from outside the network?<br />
No matter what, the laptop can access OWA internally?<br />

Please let me know if the above is all true.

I found the problem. &nbsp;There was group policies templates being applied to IE from the domain that caused the errors. &nbsp;I have not yet been able to determine the exact setting of combination of settings that cause the error. &nbsp;By eliminating the policies the OWA became available.

We have an exchange OWA set up and is accessible over the intenet. &nbsp;Internally we created a DNS entry that will also point to the OWA from the inside at the same address. &nbsp;Everything works perfectly except for 4 laptops that have VISTA loaded on them. &nbsp;When accessing from the internet IE give a DNS error that it can not find the server. &nbsp;I downloaded Firefox on the machine and the URL works fine and OWA is accessible. &nbsp;Doing a NSlookup from my laptop the Ip is also found correctly. &nbsp;IE 7 will just not connect. &nbsp;Users that have Windows XP loaded work correctly. &nbsp;My laptop is a member of our domain. &nbsp;Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem would be greatly appreciated.<br />
