This code is written for a 8x8 board. I think it would be easier to get it to work with 9x8, but 10x8 is hard, because some places internally a coordinate is stored with digits only, i.e. A1 is stored as 11, B2 as 22 and so on. J1 becomes 101, this is three digits, and &nbsp;the code assumes the first digit is the x coordinate, and the second (normally the last) is the y coordinate.<br />

To make this work with a 10x8 board, you would at least need a new way to handle the history array and the controlled_squares arrays.
