NEC phone system - UX5000 and Live Communication Server

I run a small IT support company, under 10 employees, and am looking to install a new phone system.  I have a friend that just started working with the NEC ux5000 system and is pushing me to purchase one.  Now he just started using it so he is not very farmiliar with it, and while I will get pricing at his cost, I will be spending a lot of time getting the system working.

Also I am currently working on installing Office Communication Server 2007.  I have Exchange in house and was getting OCS for IM and meetings.  I am also interested in using its phone capabilities, although i have just started looking into that.  While I am interested in OCS for phone, it will not be a deal breaker, if I can get similar integration with something else.

Does anyone have any experience with this phone system?  Anyone have anything to say about OCS 2007?  Anyone know if these two will work together?
