Routing 2 LAN through

Due to the aquisition of a new company, our network now consists of 2 seperate LANS with different Private IP subnets. Each LAN connects to its own Firewall and the firewalls connect to our ADSL Router.

I have a spare Windows 2000 Server and was wanting to set it up for inter LAN routing. Can it be configured so that any web traffic goes out through the appropriate firewall and any inter LAN traffic gets routed by the Win2K RRAS server?

So the layout would be LANs connected to FW's which then Connect to RRAS server, does this mean a 3rd interface on the RRAS for the ADSL router?

My alternative solution was to get a Layer 3 switch and setup 2 VLANs and interVLAN routing. But I'd rather not have to spend any money.
