Everything is fine. But I want to eliminate the manual parts. At present users need to reset their New Mail signature as &quot;&lt;none&gt;&quot; before sending this automated mail. All I want is making it automated.<br />

I have had a hunt around on the net and i think I have found the registry key for the new signature from <br />

I forgot to add that the 10.0 part of the regkeyname will need to be changed depending on what version of outlook you are running

klilley thanks again. Problem is I tried this code and this does not worked! But I should admire this fact that you are on target again! We have to go like this way. I am using Office 2003 which means office 11.
