Setting SIgnature for a New Message and Reply as <None> in MS Outlook 2003 using VBA

I am pulling up an *.oft file as my outlook body message through VBA from an MS ACCESS 2003 application. It works fine. But if I set my default signature for new message then that signature is also getting added with the Body Message.

I need a VBA code which will be working as a boolean and this will set my default outlook signature as <none> when I am sending that automated message from my MS Access Application, after sending the message it will pop up a message as "Email sent successfully" and clicking on "OK" will reset the outlook default signature.

I need Experts' help on this.
