Xerox Terminal Services Driver

Hi, we have a Terminal Services printer set up. One of our users is having difficulty using her local printer. I believe I have the server set up correctly, if I log onto her username with TS I can use my local printer with no problems, the server is set to use the users default local printer and the group policy has been set up to accept drivers etc.

When she logs on it copies all her other printers like pdf995, hp printers etc but it won't copy the Xerox workstation 7328 printer that is her default, I have installed the latest drivers which say they are TS compatable on the Xerox website on both the server and her computer but still no joy.

Is there something I'm missing with Xerox? Or is there an alternative universal driver I can use?
