Windows Event ID 1041

Hi Everyone,

Recently I am receiving errors in application log with Event ID 1041 Source Userenv, I have tried searching for the resolution but cannot seem to find answer. following is the details:

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Userenv
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      1041
Date:            3/6/2009
Time:            7:48:40 AM
User:            NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer:      D6Y59RG1-IS
Description:
Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for {CF7639F3-ABA2-41DB-97F2-81E2C5DBFC5D} and it will not be loaded. This is most likely caused by a faulty registration.

Also getting following:

I serached for registry images are attached.
Can someone please help.

After deleting two entries so far I have seen this errors yet, but now I am getting event id 1030

Description:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message that describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy engine.
