What will happen when we remove a File server from its Domain and add it to a different Domain. Will the shares be intact.?

Well, the *shares* will be recreated, because they're part of the LanManServer configuration.
But the NTFS and share *permissions* will be all over the place, except for Well-Known SIDs which are identical on all systems (for example local Users group, local Administrators group, System account). Every permission given to a group from the old domain will be useless (even if a group with the same name exists in the new domain).
