Logon folder not creating correctly on Win2K3 Srv

How to change/delete "roaming" profile from Win2k3 Server and force create of correct named folder based on nwk ID ?
In the C:\Documents and Settings\%userfolder% location, the folder is not created under user's nwk ID,but only with folder called "Temp", hence whenver user logs in they receive the message that "server cannot locate your profile. Changes you make will not be saved when you logout."
I need to somehow force system to create this folder as manual creation of it in the above location doesn;t force Windows to load a profile from here. It constantly reverts to a C:\Documents and Settings\TEMP folder.

This is usually caused by a problem with the NTFS permissions on the local C: drive. Make sure that your Domain Users group, or at least the individual domain user account that is logging on to this workstation, is a member of the local Users group.

User's account is already part of the Domain Users group in AD which is a part of the Local machine's "Users" group. Could there be anything related to the name of the local desktop machine on the domain ?
