Server 2003 ENT SP2 Exchange 2003 SP2 GFI Mailessentials 14 installed

This started a few days ago. When rebooting the server I get the above popup error. If I click OK, SMPT, IIS, IIS Admin, etc start generating errors about terminating x amount of times. Serives say there are running, but none working...no email, no websites. IIS snapin will not open, none of the services listed can be manually restarted.

If you do not click OK and leave the error box on the screen, everything works as normal. I can logon to server local and all is well with websites and email.

One thing. This happened for the first time a week ago. I had GFI Mailessentials 12 installed at the time for over a year and the error refered to PPI.dll. I found one googled referance to GFI, so I updated to their newest 14 as a last resort to get email up. Everything was fine after the upgrade, and was working for about a week. Now the above terrible problem. Our business runs 50% via website and email, so this is vital.

I have also reinstalled the 2005 runtime libraries redistro.
