Master Boot Table corruption issue on striped drive

I am running Vista Business 64 bit and have a WD 320GB SATA2 disk as boot and a pair of the same type and size striped for data. I still can boot from the single drive but now I get an error message that the Master File Table on D (the RAID-0) is corrupt. The controller shows that drive as active and okay. It shows in Windows as "Local Disk--The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable."

Any thoughts on possible recovery?
Thanks,
Bob
