What is the PC equivalent of Option-delete on a Mac?

I'm going through a tutorial on using luminosity to create effects in a photo, and I'm hung up on the part near the beginning where the tutor says to hit option-delete to fill the selected area of an alpha channel with the foreground color. What is the equivalent on a PC?
