MS Access 2007 form jumps up the screen

I have some Access databses that were created in Access 2003 and have upgraded them to Access 2007 running on Vista. The problem is the main form jumps up the page hiding some of the fields, which can only be rectified by re-starting the application. This doesn't seem to happen with Access 2003.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
