Outlook Appointments Created From Other Time Zones Are Off By 1 Hour

Ever since the March 2009 DST the last weekend, outside appointments coming in from other time zones are off by 1 hour. For example, I am in Central Zone ... if someone from Eastern schedules an appointment for 2PM EST, it should post to my calendar as occurring 1PM CST. Instead, it still show up as 2PM CST. I have Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Server and am using Outlook 2003 and 2007(problem happens on both versions). I believe I have all of the patches installed on both workstations and the server. Server is correctly set to Central and to adjust for DST and so are the workstations. The timezone in Outlook is also correct. All email shows up with the correct Time and Date stamp.

Yes, I believe so. Exhange has KB926666. 2003 Server and XP workstation has KB955839 which supercedes KB928388. I ran the TZMove updater tool and it said that no items needed to be changed.
Still no luck. What next?

Could it be possible that even though you have updated

that the ones sending it to you havent? does it happen all the time or just from a specific user?

What I would ask myself in such circumstance.
1) Are users in my own organizations facing the same problem when sending meetings to each other.
2) Are users in my own organizations facing this problem by receiving appointments from various other companies.
I'l explain you why the above two points are critical.
1) This would tell you if your organization is well patched with DST fixes. If it isn't some one would definitely complain to you stating that users in MST / PST are seeing differnt time zones in their OL Meetings and blah blah.
2) This is vital information since if users are getting correct appointments from other organization, you can be rest assured that this particular company from where you are getting the "wrong time" appointments ISNT PATCHED. Simple

We seemed to be having this problem from various organizations. Is anyone up for a quick test? Could someone from outside of CDT send me a meeting request?? Email address is randyr@albertmoving.com

Answer1 - All meetings within org. are correct. Also, meetings within the same Time Zone from other orgs. are correct as well.

Answer2 - Various meetings from other orgs. are wrong.

Also, If we send meetings requests out to these same organizations, they show up on their end correctly.

SO any company in your time zone would be correct but any for others or just some from others are wrong?

That seems to be the case.
