Remote ESXi Management

I am just starting to get to grips with VMWare ESXi and am currently specifying an implementation for a client.

My question is regarding remotely controlling the ESXi installation. The client in this case will not have on-site IT staff and I will need to manage the VMWare installation, as well as the SBS, myself under the terms of their support agreement - and do it remotely.

So, can I remotely access the VMWare management tools remotely? Can I "remote desktop" in some way or another the VMWare host system? If so, will the method you describe allow me to remote directly into the host system -- or must I install it and use the tools from one of the guest Virtual Machines?

Thanks!

Sorry if I repeated some of what nappy_d said, apparently I was typing as he posted.  He was also a bit more clear than I about what to use for remote CLI.  I also 2nd using RDP to access the SBS server remotely, it'll be faster.

I was definitely going to use RDP to access the SBS instance; just needed to know if I could admin the ESXi machine without having to do it through one of the Virtual Machines.
