i check the DNS Properties and the &quot;enable Forwarders&quot; is disabled.<br />
Forwarders are not available because this is the root server.

What DNS server IP address are you pointing into the clients? External or Internal?

i already found the solution in the IP config of the DC i just deleted the specified DNS Server (because it's pointing to itself)<br />
