Can I limit OWA login times w/o limiting PC logon times?
We have some users that we want to give OWA access to but only during regular working hours. I know I know I can set logon hours for them in AD but the problem is these users sometimes come in to work on the weekend so I cannot limit AD logon hours to just weekdays. What I want to do is limit OWA to M-F from 8-5 but not limit logon hours at all. Is that possible?
My previous scenario would work for someone being able to view their mail. But they would not be able to reply using their own email address...at least not a way that I know of.
Sorry about that.

Hi,
you could put a SSL VPN infront of the OWA access and then limit access times there. Most SSL VPNs do have a SSO (single sign on) feature, so there will be only one login to the SSL VPN and if the access is allowed, the user will have direct access to OWA.
SSL VPN Solutions:
Juniper SA
Fortinet Fortigate
Netgear SSL VPN
SonicWall SSL VPN

At ths time it looks like we will not do anything since the OWA access is linked to logon access and we have to leave that open. I do have an AD query where all OWA are grouped together so I can hightlight them all and do Exchange tasks on them all at once if we decide to enable or disable then on some regular basis.
