No, it's not. People can ask for help with assignments, and on EE we're allowed to provide assistance by answering specific questions, giving pointers in the right direction, etc. But we cannot solve the assignment - that has to be done by the asker himself.

I am here no way misusing EE. I am a dba. my brother had a small doubt in his assignment. so i just though of cross verifying and helping him out whether the code written by him is correct as i am not very good in programming. please make a pull stop to this issue.And thanks for all who had clarified on this issue......
