User defined chart colors

Hi Experts

I have a lot of charts. To each of then I have selected specefic colors. That worked fine in Access 2003. In Access 2007 it ignores my settings. Lock at my picture, it makes no sence.

It will not accept my changes :-(

No I don't think so. But I can ask my system admin. Do you know of a bug in the first version released, concening that matter?
There were problems with Charts that were fixed in SP1
I will give you feedback as soon as I have talked with the person responsible for the software on your computers.
Sorry I have wait for some system admin to write back to me. Maybe I will first have an answer to you later to day or maybe tomorrow. Until then thanks for your quick reply.
Good Luck!
Hi Gary
It seems the my own computer at home with a full updated Office 2007 have the same problem. So now I have to go through my IT department and then the can contact Microsoft about the problem, and hopefully a solution.
I will let this question be open and if I get something usefull back I will provide and answer so every boby can gain from it.
Hi all that reads this.
I have been in contact with microsoft that confirms that this is a error. Even in the sp2 for 2007 it's not fixed. My company is working in getting a patch from ms that can fix the problem.
Finaly i got a hotfix from microsoft. I have now asked them if i can add the release on this site to others that need the solution.
Microsoft will not let me put out the hotfix, but it will soon be ready for Windows update.

Service pack did notting. I have been in contact with the development team at Microsoft, and i have a test version of the new hotfix, that are not yet out for the public. So service packs will not do the trick. But okay, you can get the point, if you want, I don't care, I just love this website and you guys that are so helpfull, with answers.
Anyone know of any progress on this.  I get abot 273 updates from microsoft a week so I assume that my SP is up to date, although I will verify.  I am in the same boat;  a chart of bannas for one record(group) will chart yellow, the next record(group) will chart yellow - pink -blue....

This is ONLY the case when the number of chart object changes from one record to another.  E.G. Bannas and apples charted on the first record, second record there are bannas, apples, and oranges - all the colors will change.  I would like a constant color = bannas always yellow, apples always red, oranges always orange.
Hi, the update should be out with sp2 for office 2007.
