asked on Sync Blackberry to Outlook and then the Goldmine and Viceversa

We have 15 Blackberry users, who use Goldmine. We have discarded the option of using the Goldmine Mobile package becuase it forces us to to by and use Exchange. So what other options are out there to sync from GM to Blackberry and viceversa. An option we thought of is to sync GM with Outlook and then Outlook to Blackberry. It seems a little convoluted but the cheapest and somewhat reliable. I am sure someone else has had similar problems. Any ideas are appreciated.

Great. Thank for the suggestions, they were good, but COmpanlink was suggested first and suits our needs exactly.
