Web Outoolk bypasses user name and password windows when used inside the network

Hello,

I hve few users inside the network that need to use web outllok but for other users mailboxes, when they pull the exchange site it tkes them directly to their mailboxes and does not give the the option to entera user name and a password. I made sure that 'integrated Authentication" is not selected in IIS. Any ideas how I can fix this?
