VMware Server 2.0 and Red Hat Enterprise 5.3 troubles connecting to Red Hat Network

I have Red Hat Enterprise Server 5.3 on a virtual machine on VMWare Server 2.0 and I am stuck at this screen any suggestions?

is your network interface configured on the redhat server? Do you have network reachable from this system? can you connect to the internet?

What is the problem is that my nic isn't resolving DNS. For instance when you go to www.google.com it just sit's there but when you hit it's ip address it works just fine.
