I finish installing my BES 4.1.4 &nbsp;and I currently have the hand held connected via USB. &nbsp;I have exchange accounts already added to the users. The status shows initializing but it has been like that for serveral days and when I try to assign the device it says the user is not yet known to the Black Berry Dispatcher. &nbsp;
