I finish installing my BES 4.1.4 and I currently have the hand held connected via USB. I have exchange accounts already added to the users. The status shows initializing but it has been like that for serveral days and when I try to assign the device it says the user is not yet known to the Black Berry Dispatcher.

hey guys I got it , it was a permission setting not properly assigned to the user. Thanks for the info though.
