Is it possible to sync a distribution list from another Exchange server

Is it possible for one Exchange server to see the primary distribution list from another Exchange server and the same vice versa?

We have two SBS 2003 Servers behind one Cisco router (each are on seperate subnets in regards to LAN).  On the WAN side, they can see and communicate with each other.  Each server is a seperate company and must stay divided for too many reasons to count.

I just thought I'd ask to see if it were possible before I go through the trouble of manually putting it all in and keeping them synced.  Thanks.

We use that for remote orgs and recently started moving our local things into it. Before we were using a home grown program, that I feel is still easier than simplesync.

I didn't see simplesync priced on their website.  What typically is the ball-park for them?
Not sure, our bean counters pay for everything. Normally, we have to get a quote, but they handled the entire transaction on that one. Sorry.
Thank you, I will take a look at SimpleSync and shoot them a question.  Thanks.
