Hello All<br />

I have been tasked to combine three GroupWise Systems to One. &nbsp; We are merging companies and we are running GroupWise 7.03. &nbsp; While this is going on I need to maintain the three systems as they are today. &nbsp;<br />

Combining Groupwise Systems

Groupware, also known as collaborative software, is a type of application software designed to help people involved in a common task to achieve their goals. Software products such as email, calendaring, text chat, wiki, and bookmarking belong to this category whenever used for group work, usually in a workplace environment (as opposed to a social networking environment). Most popular groupware applications include Contact Management,MS Server Apps, Cloud Computing, Version Control, Chat/IM, Email Software, Conferencing Software, Outlook, Office Suites, Project Management Software, Content Management, Virtualization, and Cloud Services.

Groupware

NetWare is a computer network operating system developed by Novell, Inc. It initially used cooperative multitasking to run various services on a personal computer, using the Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) network protocol. It is hardware-independent, running on any suitable Intel-based PC compatible system, and a wide range of network cards. Products inclue NetWare Directory Services (NDS), a global directory service similar to Microsoft's Active Directory; GroupWise, an email system; ZENworks, an application configuration suite; and BorderManager, a security product. Open Enterprise Server, the current iteration, runs on a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server.
