How to remove toolbars in Printer dialog via Group Policy

Does anyone know how I can remove the Standard Buttons and Address Bar from the Printers and Faxes dialog in Windows XP using a Group Policy?

I've been trying all kinds of settings in the Group Policy but none of them are removing these toolbars.
