I need to make the following change to the servers KB836605. Can this security change to the folder be made using group policy? If so, can someone explain to me how.

Group Policy and Server Folders

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
