Configuring SQL 2005 Reporting Services for SCE 2007

I'm attempting to install SCE 2007 on Windows Server 2003 with SQL Server 2005 also installed and I always get to a point where setup for SCE 2007 comes up with a dialog error message saying:

"The selected SQL reporting service is not configured.  To continue with setup, you must configure the SQL reporting server instance using SQL server's reporting services configuration manager."

I've gone through setting up SQL server 2005 and to my knowledge have done so properly.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing my issue or what might still not be configured properly with SQL server reporting services?

That's the exact page that I followed yesterday when I was attempting to configure it, however I will review it again just to make sure that I did not miss anything.

I've gone through the guide again and as far as I can tell it seems to be configured properly.  Is there anything else that I could be missing?
Is Reporting Service up and running? (Check in your service list and verify that Reporting Services is working).
