unable to reverse proxy the https requests to weblogic server using the Apache server

I've configured apache2.0 to reverse proxy the requests to weblogic server -8.1. I see that http requests originating from the browser are routed to the backend weblogic server but the https requests are not routed to the webl;ogic instead they are being served from apache itself......

Attached the code snippet of my httpd.conf file......Any help is appreciated.
