How to open a browse for a file dialogue from Access 2007 VB

I have a Ms Access form where I want the user to be able to store a link to a word or excel file in a text box. I need to open the standard file browser so the user can select the file that is to be stored in the text field. Is there any object in Access 2007 VB that can be used for this purpose?

I know how to poulate a list box with file names from a directory but this has some restrictions when it comes to number of files and maximum no of characters for the rowsource property of a listbox.

The better way would be to be able to opend the standard file browser in windows.
