Debian Lenny & Microsoft Time Zones

Running Debian Lenny 64bit and having time zone issues with remote Windows systems.

Local Time is set correctly

Local time is now:      Tue Mar 17 10:30:44 EDT 2009.
Universal Time is now:  Tue Mar 17 14:30:44 UTC 2009.

Any Windows machine that I connect to via RDP or local virtual machine I run with Windows has the time off by an hour.

The Windows machines are patched and set correctly.  If I go to the console the time and zone are correct.  If I move the Windows guests to another vmware host they come up correctly with the time.

Using NTP did the trick.  Thanks!  Apparently UTC from Lenny to any Windows machine failed to make the proper DST calculation.  Lenny would display the time correctly but it wouldn't translate to any Windows systems correctly.  Wierd.
