Remove 2 DNS servers out of 3 . What is the best way to remove it.

Hi,

Remove 2 DNS servers out of 3 . What is the best way to remove it.
Best practice on removing it.
Now what will happen to the Forest and clients that were being queried throught the DNS 2 and 3
