Oh, forgot to mention that when you right-click a start menu subfolder it has to be a folder in the All Users folder for it to bring up the &quot;Open All Users&quot; option. <br />

Folders like Accessories, Maintenance and Startup work.

My goal is to create a group (folder) on the left side of the start menu. Is theres a way to accomplish this ?

If you create a folder inside &quot;C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\<wbr />Windows\St<wbr />art Menu&quot; it shows up under the &quot;All Programs&quot; section.<br />

I'm not sure of a method to create a folder on the left-hand side.<br />

You could try creating a folder in the above location, putting the shortcuts you need in it and then pinning it to the start menu.
