Microsoft Office 2003 Web Service Toolkit Documentation wanted.

The pruduct mentioned in the title generates a class and the following comment in it:
    'any_pBar, any_sPanel, any_sForm" is defined as XML. See Complex Types: XML Variables in
    'Microsoft Office 2003 Web Services Toolkit Help for details on implementing XML variables.
Where can I see "Microsoft Office 2003 Web Services Toolkit Help " document please? I expect a URL as an answer.

I believe the Help referred to is the on-line help in the toolkit.  Did you look there?

No separate download is mentioned in the download for the ToolKit, itself.
