We have Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.6.17 and we have an office in China. The users have a range of BB models. 7290, 8700, 8820, etc. What do I need to do to get them to display Chinese characters? I have read that they need to have a multi-language OS on the BB, but I have also read the BES server is capable of this, but I cannot find this anywhere on our BES server.<br />
