Move CERTSRV from the Default Website

Hello,
I have a Windows 2003 SBS server and would like to move the CERTSRV from the default website into its own.  My reason for doing this is because of the conflict with the 3rd party cert needed for OWA.

Thanks in advance!

If I understand your question, you want to "delete the SSL certificate" from the default web site and install it on another site.  Then install a 3rd party SSL cert for OWA on the default site.

If you still have the cert then you should be able to delete it from the default site and install it on the new one.  You might even be able to just go in an install the new one and have it replace the current one on the default site (no server to test this on).
If you do not have the cert to install then check your certificates on the server, you might be able to export the cert and then install it on the new server.

To clarify my question CERTSRV is the Site for Enterprise CA.  OWA and the Enterprise CA both, by default, install themselves in the default website.  I need to move CERTSRV from the Default website, because I need an SSL Cert for OWA and another for CERTSRV.  How do I move the Enterprise CA (CERTSRV) into its own site.
