ARCSERVE BACKUP 11.5 (Exchange2003 Database imcremental backup error)

We have Arcserve 11.5 exchange backup agent installed properly.

According to my understand, exchange2003 DB incremental backup is archive log backup.

Could someone teach me how to do incremental backup for exchange2003 DB??????

You can either run a separate job by setting to run Incremental backups under the schedule tab or run a rotation job which will run incrementals through out the week and run full backup in the weekend.

or

expand the Exchange server, right click on the Exchange Database level platter, 'Agent Options', uncheck the option "Use Globally scheduled backup method" and set it to run incremental.

The transaction logs will not get purged unless you make the selection at the Exchange Storage group level.
