Another thing you can do is add/change your information with infoUSA. (They serve A LOT more than just Yahoo. I believe Google also gets some of their listings from them as well. Could be wrong, but doesn't hurt either way.) They serve quite a bit of listings. Depending on your business, there are other avenues you can take to have your info listed and updated.

Also, put your listings on superpages.com as well. it's free, and just like others, the better the info you have out there, the better your chance that Google or Yahoo or MSN will pick up this info and populate it into their databases.

The Google Directory is a copy of the Dmoz Directory (or ODP). The link to the submission form there was already provided.

Regarding Yahoo!. The free submission is only for non-commercial sites and I would not bet my money on the fact that they will ever add the site/url that you suggest for free. If it is for business, pay the listing fee, it's well worth it from a marketing and search engine optimization perspective.

There are also some smaller but well respected web directories out there, like BOTW, which I suggest considering. You can find further resources to the whole web diretcory submission subject at http://www.cumbrowski.com/sitesubmission.asp
