I am trying to create a new OU, which is already inplace and have a GPO for it to allow redirection of the My Documents folder. they have shares on the network which need to point to their my documents folders on there workstations. <br />

Everyone's answer is correct but there is one problem ------There is no Folder Redirection Tab!! <br />

That is my underlying problem - I know how to complete the Folder Redircection, I just don't have the option under MY GPO: <br />

Remember this GPO applied to USERS so if you havp workstationd in the OU you have wasted your time you need to put users in it.<br />

Now go to a client PC &gt;&nbsp;Log in &gt;&nbsp;Start &gt;&nbsp;run &gt;&nbsp;gpupdate /force {enter} &gt;&nbsp;Reboot the PC &gt;&nbsp;Log on as a user the GPO is supposed to apply to.

Here is an interesting one. Loged in as myself (Domain Admin, Schema Admin, etc) I cannot see the Folder Redirection. <br />

Logged into the DC as the Domain Administrator I can see it. Is there a special group that I need to be part of to see all of the Group Policy Items.

Actually I recomen that any work that you have to do on the Domain Controler is done with the Administrator User, but if not well your use have to be member of the groups that is in the file I attached.<br />

With these settings I should be able to see everything in Group Policy. We have a strict policy against using the administrator account therefore we have to utilize our Domain Admin accounts to conduct work.

Well if that policy has to be abolish you will have to do it. Windows has things that it will let you do and some that it will not let you, unless you use the administrator account. I think it's necessary to assign to one user the rights to use the administrator account, and that user will have to respond for it.
