The message has to be in rich text. The sender of the message is using Word 2002 t0 populate the body of the message. The clients opening it and having the problem have Word 2003. Perhaps that's the problem?

My Outlook (2003) has Word to be the editor of messages. When I receive a msg in rich text (with attachment, btw) and I try to forward it, Outlook complains that Word isn't installed etc.<br />
