How do I correct Outlook 2003 showing the time an hour ahead of the scheduled time on a sshared calendar

Outlook is displaying appointments in the calendar 1 hour ahead of the time put in...for example meeting at 9:00 becomes meeting @ 10:00

Check your time zone settings in Outlook.  Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Time Zone button.  There are a few options here to set the time zone for the calendar.
