MS update KB967715 won't go away

I keep getting notification of update KB967715. I install in the normal way. Later - one or 2 days, it's back apparently unaware that it has already been installed.
I've not had a problem with updates before, other updates seem to go thru OK.

I'm running Comodo firewall S&D teatimer and NOD32 AV.
Are any of these the problem?
If so how can I configure them to let this update thru?
Anyway, is it redundant to have all 3 of these?

hi

Thanks for the comments. sorry for the delay getting back to this Q.

Jonvee:
When I run services.msc the 3 driver you list are as follows:
BITS - Started, Manual, run as Local system
cryptographic - Started, Automatic, run as Local system
Automatic Updates - Started, Automatic, Local System

If BITS is set to manual, why is it running?

See if it helps if you scroll to "Resolution" & look under sub-heading "Verify that BITS is correctly configured" >>
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910337

Then following the instructions you reach >>

<quote>If BITS starts successfully, visit the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site to obtain updates. If you successfully obtain updates, follow steps 1 to 3 again. However, in step 3, click Automatic instead of Manual.
