Blackberry Web Interface (Orange/Vodafone) logging in problems

Hello All

I have setup email services on my two managers blackberry's. one is vodafone and one is orange

the web interface for orange is http://www.blackberry.orange.co.uk/
the web interface for voda    is http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.net/

now, my problem is actually logging into either of these web sites, the orange one in particular needs to be accessed to setup a filter. I have setup the accounts myself so I know the username and password but when I try to login I just get a password or login incorrect error.

I have tried username@orange.blackberry.co.uk with password and
username with password but everytime it wont let me in, this applies to the vodafone site too with the respective login details.

Is there something I'm missing here? any help would be most appreciated.

For Orange, it is just UserName and password.  Did you register the Device at the time you created the account - the Blackberry PIN and IMEI need to be entered (which are given on the label on the box the device was supplied in).  If not, try creating a new account and enter those details in.

How did you make out?
As a quick alternative you can go to "Email Settings" on the device and that will give you access to each persons account to perform the required tasks\changes.
